        《CSEE电力与能源系统学报》(CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems,CSEE JPES)(ISSN 2096-0042;CN 10-1328/TM)创刊于2015年3月,季刊,由中国电机工程学会主办,开户送18元自助体验金科学研究院有限公司承办,与IEEE 联合出版,可在IEEE Xplore以OA方式全文阅读和下载。该刊致力于报道引领能源革命中电力系统发展趋势的新理论、新方法、新技术、新实践前沿。论文分为原创性研究论文、综述性论文和快讯论文三种形式。被SCI、中国科技核心期刊(CSTPCD)、CSAD、INSPEC、DOAJ、ProQuest等数据库收录。

        期刊实行严格的单盲审同行评议制度,采用ScholarOne稿件处理系统,实现在线投稿、审稿及查询等功能;拥有独立的网站,且在IEEE Xplore 电子图书馆进行数字出版,实现开放获取(OA)。目前,期刊已被SCI、中国科技核心期刊(CSTPCD)、CSAD、INSPEC、DOAJ、ProQuest等国内外知名数据库收录,并成功入选中国科协“中国科技期刊登峰行动计划”,获得中国电机工程学会期刊突出贡献奖,数篇刊载论文获得中国科协及中国电机工程学会优秀论文奖。

        本刊主要刊载对电力与能源系统领域具有重大影响的最新成果。论文分为原创性研究论文、综述性论文(主要概述特定领域的最新研究成果并指出未来发展趋势)和快讯论文(主要报道最新的重要的新发现与新进展)三种形式。
